1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened or partially used supplement containers
  • Products without original packaging
  • Items purchased on clearance or as part of promotional offers

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping charges, once the issue is verified.

4. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs (except in cases of damaged or incorrect products) are non-refundable.
